Xp Saga updated to V0.11

Hi everyone !

I just Updated Xp Saga Core to the V0.11. The majority of change are at the end of the document. V0.1 had a empty Add-on section, so I work hard to add something there. I' m working on some combat module at the moment. I'll keep updating Xp Saga Core  regularly to make it clearer.
